A tiny follow-up release with a couple of fixes and polish across Android and the Node.js bindings:

• android: Detect setArgV0() in anonymous memory too.
• bindings: Re-add .withTimeout and .combine to Cancellable, which were accidentally dropped when moving to autogenerated bindings. Thanks @hsorbo!
